I am new to posting on the forum, and I did search, but I didn't find definitive answers. I purchased TIPIS headers, with the AIR bung delete, which I'm ready to install on my 1994 C4. Do I just disconnect the tubing and power at the pump? TPIS told me it may throw a code, but I'm going to do cam install this winter (going with Lloyd Elliot S2) so I will be reprogramming PCM anyway...which brings me to second part of the question; when I do the cam I plan on doing EGR delete. Has anyone done this, and did you purchase after-market plates, to block off feed tube, manifold? Also, I'm going to bypass the TB coolant. Do I just bypass the t-tube fitting where the hose branches off to the TB with straight hose, or should I replace entire hose sections? I know these aren't earth shattering problems, but I have found tons of videos, threads, information on tearing the engine down, but no reference to DIY on this small stuff. And I did buy a service manual.
Thanks, Gary

As for the coolant bypass, buy the upper radiator hose for the 1995. That eliminates the T on that side. Then just remove the plastic T on the small hose by the passenger front wheel, and replace it with a straight plastic connector, without the T. Much cleaner that way.
