Does anyone make a plug and play upgrade for obd1 to obd2 for 1985.?

The two protocols are completely different and there is no way to adapt one to the other.

They have some nice ECMs out there that will control the 1985 engine and some are self tuning. Expect to spend $2000. I'm not sure if it's necessarily OBDII though...
