Consider relocating battery to rear storage container?
DRM brake bias spring is a worthwhile $20.

Have but would have to be exposed. I still have a full soundsystem with a huge amp and two 10's.

Have it. Once I figure out brake route I will get either a wilwood setup or hydroboost. So after some miles

Well another trip another round of progress.

First started by disassembling the rear spindles. Man they were nasty. 100k miles of grime an a blown ujoint caked up.

Soaking

and pressure blasted. Next they are getting powdercoated like everything else. Have new wheel bearings going in.

Next I moved onto making AN fuel lines. This was a MAJOR pain in the ***. Turns out Redhorse fittings that are turns (45*, 90*, 120*) are SLIGHTLY larger than the actual AN size. This means the wrenches will not fit. Had to improvise with a few other wrenches.
10AN feed from tank to pump to split.

Split goes from 10AN to dual 6AN. Each rail is fed then looped back to each side of the regulator. Single 6AN return.

Wrapped and installed my headers with DEI titanium wrap.

Then worked on the Charge pipe.
Rough fit

Little more trimming or boot and pipe and drilled the holes for the meth injection. It goes off for powdercoating aswell.

I am getting close enough to make me get stir crazy.

Started by unwrapping a few pretty pieces.
Spindles coated and sexy.

Installed the bearings.

Rear brakes came in. Waiting on fronts.

Next I moved onto this beauty. StreetShop Hammerhead 12 bolt pumpkin. Tru Trac 3.42 gears 33 spline. Uses D44 batwing and c beam. Getting a driveshaft made up.

Painted.

Assembled.

All bolted in.

Intercooler back from powdercoat and paint. Mocked up for Meth line lengths.

Do it once right?

Only things I am leaving on the table is a Hogan intake, stronger stub axles, and hydroboost brakes.

Intake is waiting to see how my HSR performs, stub axles I am looking for and may buy before this is all done, and hydroboost depends on brake issues coming out of boost.

Every little bit can help. I would like slightly longer runner to optimize the powerband from 4000-6500rpm. Plus they are sexy.

Stub axles from summerbrothers are a go. 27spline to 31 spline. Dennys driveshaft and halfshafts ordered. Just money right?

Yes and no. Decided to scrap the whole stock rad mount setup and am going custom aluminum.

Trans yoke sent off to Dennys DS to make my custom driveshafts and halfshafts.

Stub axles and spindle/bearings sent to summers brothers for their 31 spline treatment.

Ordered my meth lines. Thanks Julio for all the help at Alkycontrol.

Ordered a few more pieces from summit to make everything work well.

Flexplate sent back and correct one ordered for Mcleod Twin Disk.

Next trip will be all about wiring and final mounting of the IC, piping, and radiator.

Custom rad or just mount?
Will stock hood close the way it is?

Big dewitts from a few years ago custom mounted for clearance.

No idea on hood. While it should it may be very close to the charge pipe. By measure I will have 1/2 inch but never know until it is mounted.

Regardless I will not be using a stock hood.
