BTW, those rims of Gcrouse's are SPECTACULAR, where did you get them, and how much?
Kale- The black ones are from John (aka racewheel) at CCW; very light/strong 3pc racing wheel. Street versions were $425ea for 17/18 any width; I did 17x11.5 and 17x12.5. I had him black anodize the center sections for $25ea; grand total of $1800 for the set. http://www.ccwheel.com/
Just in case you meant the silver ones, they're Centerline Billet Star #74. 2pc wheel with forged billet centers; also strong and light in 17x9.5, 17x11. I paid $1200 for the set; coincidentally they're for sale at $475. http://www.centerlinewheels.com/w_catalog/billet.html
I tried a B&B on my '86. Loved the performance, but hated the resonance. I found out from my Corvette "little black book" that in 1991 different mufflers were used which were less restrictive. I went to the wrecking yard and sure enough, '91 mufflers are larger than '84-'90. All cat-backs on '86 through '91 are interchangeable, so I bought it and put it on. It doesn't have the performance of the B&B, but I like the stock sound. Sold the new B&B cheap. Hope others learn from my experience.
