Question on intermittent "delay" wiper setting
When I set my wipers on the Delay position (intermittent), they don't tuck down all the way in between swipes. It's kinda in the way of me seeing the road. Is it supposed to work this way?
Did GM design them to slowly untuck from the hood, then swipe in a range above that...and then tuck back under onlly when turned off. Maybe they don't go all the way down between regular swipes too, but I never noticed cause they go faster.

Once the circuit is actvated, the wipers will not return to the fully parked position until the switch is in the off position. It would be too much wear and tear on the wipers and motor to park after each swipe.
