What happened, did the little spring or it's attachment break?
Anyway the arm is likely to be a bone yard or dealer item; maybe someone in your area has a spare.
Or possibly you can rig a repair; I've done that on mine.

it broke around the **** that makes it go back and fourth and when you turn them on the driveside goes and gets hung on the out side of the driver window..

To remove the arm, lift the arm slightly and use a small screwdriver to move the little tab outward to release the arm from the shaft.
To adjust the arm you need to remove the little screen over the wiper linkage, loosen two nuts and make some adjustments to travel. There was a recent post with a nice link on this topic.
