Here is an interesting question to ponder for Monday.
Are the tie rod ends on later C4 Corvettes interchangeable front to rear...are they the same part? –They sure look the same, on Energy Suspension's web site the part #’s are the same.

-Discuss among yourselves.
Depends on what you consider later?
Later generally is assumed to be '89+
FOR YEARS TO '91
NO - NOT EVEN SIMILAR
Front is "female thread", Rear is "male thread"
If you consider "LATE" as '92+ then it changes. If you need tie rods you need to assume nothing. '95+ might actually be different yet.
Later as in 1992-96...Mine is a 94. As I am reading through CF posts on this question it appears that front and rear tie rod ends are the same spec. It is a female thread for the front and rear and Ecklers list them as the same front/rear part number.

I'll post more detailed info as I find it.
Year "nearly always" matters - It seems so much easier when shopping or asking questions a simple mention of "the year" might gather more appropriate responses.
