Any idea why it requires a back up Fuel Pump Relay?
Apparently GM didn't think the fuel pump relay was reliable enough. It makes a certain amount of sense because you're dead in the water if the fuel pump isn't working.

But was it the C4 that got it only or all others? I had a 91 Firebird and I don't recall that redundancy. Of course that was a long time ago so I can't be positive.
