Looking for a good company/manufacture for an l98 turbo kit. I have found hp performance and sts but appears they are out of business.

Stock motor? Pointless.
Build the motor and get in contact with a custom fabricator.

IMHO buy a C5 and a turbo kit. You will be money ahead. If you love the C4 then do what was said above. Fab it yourself or get someone to do it for you. Good luck with that. The C4 is a challenging engine bay but it has been done many times. IT IS POSSIBLE.

I just did a bit of looking and you may still be able to get the HP kit here: http://newmexicosolarandwind.com/85-96%20Corvette.htm
I don't know of anyone with that kit.
