How long does it run before it dies? If it starts at all, you have spark. I would suggest checking fuel pump, filter, etc.; you may have a fuel flow issue after the initial starting prime from the FI system.

Default Start and dies

It starts for about two seconds then dies and then after maybe the 5th to 6th time doing that she'll start and run for about two minutes and then die

When it runs for 2 minutes, is the "check Engine" light on? if so, pull your codes and start there.

I'm still thinking you may have a fuel flow issue. Most FI systems have an initial "prime" when you turn the key, which may be getting enough fuel into the cylinders to get you started, but is not sufficient to keep it running. I'm not sure if the Cross-fire system in your '84 works this way or not. Either way, it sounds like your system is not maintaining fuel flow.

Thank you, I'll read the fuel pressure and see from there

After it runs for 2 seconds and quits, have someone crank the car and check for spark. Then you will know what area to work in.
