Default Header Compatability

I am looking at these "EM-Corvette-long-tube-headers-1-3-4-Coated-L98-LT1-LT4". Does one set actually fit both engine types? Everything I have looked at so far has read "fits LT1, LT4" or "fits L98". Both engines are SBC so is the only difference where the O2 and A.I.R fittings connect?

Brings me to one more question, where is the optimal location for the o2 bungs? I have seen headers with O2's on the top (closest to floor board) and on the sides. Which is correct?

Not the same. LTx head ports are higher in relation to the bolt holes. To install LT1-LT4 headers on an L-98 you would have to slot the bolt holes to lower the headers to cover the ports.

Find another brand. EM customer service is poor.
