MAD has a pump to aid in doing that job or you could do it the same way as bleeding the brakes, just continue till new fluid comes out.
I feel the biggest deal with this job is the danger of breaking off a bleeder screw in a caliper.

Great timing...
I plan to do this this weekend. I am using Valvoline Synthetic
I will just use my 13 year old foot to pump for me... Be sure never to press the pedal too far or you will damage the seals in the M/C
Bleed in this order...
1. RR
2. LR
3. RF
4. LF
The rationale is to bleed farthest to closest
