Default Water pump bolts!

I misplace two of the long bolts for the 93 LT1 water pump.

Anyone know where I can get them?

3/8-16 X 4 1/2 Flange Head will be a tough find and I believe they've only got maybe 3/4 - 1" of threads and a very long shoulder. Very tough find. Possible though. Is that the dimensions of what you've still got?

Maybe a JY visit - they'd be the same on any of the LT1 or L99 (4.3) Chevy, Cadillac and Buick.

When i built my 383 i walked into fastenal. And purchased 6 stainless shoulder bolts to match the OE length. My 4 long bolts are 4.0" the threads go in the block .705" with a split washer under the head of the bolt.

, tough find. try McMaster-Carr - they are grade 8 - a bit overkill. $3.70 each, but you have to add S&H.

note: I cannot verify the size and application of the subject hardware - not a lot of experience with LT1 cars. WV is very knowledgeable though, so posting the source as a suggestion.

I just about always have an on going, open cart, with odds and ends from MMC - good source for hard to find everything - reasonable prices, reasonable shipping, good quality. http://www.mcmaster.com/# --

I bought mine from Nookandtranny.com.
Part#NAT-HU1200
Very good quality stainless steel. I think like $12.95 plus shipping.

I checked the site. seems the price was shy of $15 for six bolts w/ washers. i'm guessing that's not too bad for stainless. still have to add shipping though. back to the OP - this is why it's necessary to bag and tag everything. definitely helps with the misplacing thing.
