93 Upper 6 speed boot ?
The difference that I see is where the top fits around a trim ring on the shifters with a lift ring for reverse lockout. The aftermarket boot was a little bigger and will fit around the trim ring. The OEM boot from a late shifter without the lift ring seems to be a little smaller diameter since it does not need to fit around the trim ring.
These comments were from a '96 oem boot and an aftermarket for an early lift ring shifter that I put into the car.
Another question though, I found a new aftermarket leather one for about $15. I preferred that to a 20 year old used one. Is there some reason you want the stock one
Edit:
I just looked up the aftermarket boot that I bought last year. It states it is for an '89 to '94. That matches to the years that used the lift ring shifter. So I am guessing the '89 to '94 are the same and the '95 to '96 are the same.
Good luck.
