I won't even get into what the previous owners have done to diagnose a problem or work around an issue, given up and junked the car.
Another difference between you and me. I'd venture there's more probability of a new unknown-place-of-origin part having a manufacturing defect, than happening upon that one in a million car in a junkyard that had all the hotwired crudities done to it. And rainwater is rarely an issue as, believe it or not, GM parts are actually designed to be able to function correctly when the vehicle is driven in the rain.

Honestly dude, I'm trying to stop you from spending your money. I've just had a completely different experience with used parts than you apparently have.

There are 4 different sensors in the same package outline 101 kpa 105.whatever 200 and 300. 101 uses a green connector 105 something a blue one and 200 and 300 an orange. They are all keyed different. I quit worrying about buying Delco parts when 99% said made somewhere but not close to here.

Like I mentioned earlier, most all the former Delco engineering and manufacturing expertise is now under the (independent) Delphi name.
