I've got a 1996 LT-4 and the passenger door lock is not unlocking with the passive entry remote. I have set it up to work as per the manual and it tries but just can't unlock. the door will unlock when you use either one of the electric door switches. Is there any lubrication that needs to be performed on the door lock, adjustments or is it time to replace

From what you describe it seems likely that you are not getting the settings changed. Can you describe what you did to "set it up to work"?When you have the key in ignition but turned off and you open the doors do you hear the warning chime?
