87 Convertible Power Seat Issues
I bought my 87 Convertible 7 or 8 years ago.It has a "Flood Title" but has been a great car and looks great, runs perfect etc. I finally decided to see why the seats don't work. I can see by the flood residue on the frames that they were apparently under water. Thats hard to believe because the carpet is original & looks fine. I put power to all of the motors & they all work. I cleaned all the connectors I could find. The only function that works is the drivers seat back tilts forward & back. My question is are there some connectors or grounds under the carpet that I have to get to ?Both seats are back all the way so was never an issue. Its just something I would like to fix !
