How Long have you had this car? How many miles on the clock? Has the Opti been changed out, and if so by what Brand opti? When you had the plugs out did you run a compression check? Have you ever washed down the engine with water? Has the engine been overheated in the past? do you still have the old plugs, and did you keep them in order by cylinder removed?
1 year, 67k, don't know, no, no, dont think so, no, no.
low mileage for sure, this would give me doubt about a possible failing Opti, but I wouldn't write it off quite yet. I would conceder removing the Cap and doing a visual inspection for crud build up inside of the Cap, and a possible loose Rotor. Also; I would de-mate the wiring connectors and look for corrosion on the pins or loose connections.
I can't keep track of which years run a Mass sensor or not, but if you have a Mass Sensor a good inspection/cleaning of the [Fine wire] would be in good order. Also; I would connect a DVOM to the TPS and look for dead spots on the internal Resister by moving the throttle back and forth.
I also had a Stumble at one time, and it turned out to be a leaking head gasket.. but mine went through a bad "Former" owner-ship and lack of maintenance that led to Overheating.

I'll definitely take a look this week and post results! Thanks for the input
Good with the fact that the regulator diaphragm isn't leaking. Unsure whether the spring is still good and not softer than it should be and thus affecting the fuel pressure.
