No Idle

Ran fine, no issues, Shut it off went into store came out and from startup and on the idle just disapeared, when starting must keep foot on pedal or dies, same with stopping at a light. Anytime it is not under load or acceleration it just dies, no idle at all????
Any thought are appreciated..

Check fuel pressure and spark at that point. IS there enough pressure? How about Spark quality?
Have you serviced your IAC recently? That means you take the TB off completely, take the cover off, take the IAC out, take the IAC housing off, clean all passages, gently spray brake cleaner on the IAC pintle and wipe and FINALLY, NEW GASKETS for reassembly?
When you put it back, do you have the IAC counts and TPS when it is in closed loop? What is the timing like? What is the condition of the harmonic balancer?
