84 blinkers
The drivers side just quit blinking. Passenger side blinks slower but does b\ink. Looks like all the bulbs on the drivers side that should flash just stay on,but do light.
I was thinking its the blinker but do theyt have seperate l r blinkers or only one?

There is only one turn signal flasher and it operates the front and rear lights based on the position of the turn signal stalk. Sounds like the flasher is going bad.
The 4-way hazard lights have their own flasher.

I thought so it just seemed odd that one side will blink but it is a lot slower.
Are they hard to change on an 84? Do I get to it from behind the info center radio area or the passenger `hush` panel

Replacing the flasher can be a PITA. It's located just to the left of the ECM which is under the dash on the passenger side. You will need to remove the passenger hush panel then look up and to the left of the ECM.
A bulb that is burned out would cause the flasher to blink faster. Additional resistance would cause a slower blink rate. It's possible that there is a burned wire or a shorted connector somewhere. That extra resistance could cause the flasher to quit working on that one side. When the lights on the side that doesn't blink come on, are they as bright as they are supposed to be?
