Please Help Marker Light Problem

No Luck!
I checked the connections and sockets still no good. When the engine is on both drivers front Marker lights remain on???
So my problem has changed from front Passenger side Markers being off (which I learned is as it should be) to Both Drivers side front Marker lights being on when they are not supposed to be.
All other lights work fine including the front Markers when the light switch is engaged. Signals and Hazard lights work fine.
This is very confusing, although I don't have to worry about possible tickets.

In the "left margin" is a link to "on line instructions" - see if maybe you can make sense of the wiring presented for the C4 from the C4 link in the "on line instructions". Look also at the "VERY GENERIC" instructions for the kit also. It's maybe a very early install that was attempted before the install was verified and documented by a very talented C4 owner.

WVZR-1, Thanks for this. I will search for this device and see what I come up with. I have the car for 3 months it is a 32k miles car and very well cared for. This might be something the PO might have installed, he was very conservative in modifications, Hella lights, skip shift eliminator, chip in the ECM, Borla exhaust, etc. When I first got the car I did not notice the Right Markers not working (my incorrect assumption my last one was a C5) when I realized I bought new bulbs as I said in my first post.

Marker Light Problem Solved
WVZR-1, You nailed it! kg4fku thank you you sent me in the direction.
That module was wired in, one wire was loose. I didn't bother to reconnect I just removed the whole thing and tested the Markers etc.
I have photos of what it looked like in and out.
Now to reconnect cut wires solder and tape it all back.
