Fuel pump problem, or something else?
Car occationally dies while trying to start it and when does start runs rough low idle at 400 rpm's. Only happens after car is warm and is shut off for a few minutes. If I wait a bit, then try start car, it starts up and runs fine. Oh, ck engine light came on today while it was on, but running rough/low idle. New fuel filter, so is pump going bad??

Get a fuel pressure gauge and try the test in this thread that I posted It wil diagnose any fuel pressure problems if you are indeed having a fuel pressure problem.. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=391149

Well, not much response, so I will let you guys know the result tmw. Taking the car in to Ken's Performance Center at 8 AM. By 12 AM, I will have it fixed, hopefully. (Diagnostic is free, because I had something else done there recently). I love the responses I get here at the Forum, but I am impatient. If the Vette dont run right, I want it fixed like, NOW. I don't really care how much it costs. I just want it to be perfect as can be for an old car. Super Size me baby!
