Smog Issue, Please Help
Can anybody tell me if there would be any smog issues by installing a 350 engine from a 1991 corvette and putting it in a 1987 corvette. I did just that and the smog mechanic has had the car for three months now saying he can get a part of the emissions to conform but he's having a problem with another part of the emissions. This motor has only less than 1,000 original (not rebuilt) miles on it as it has been sitting for years going in a project car which never materialized. It was all checked over before installation and the inside looked brand new which it is. I think this mechanic is screwing me around, Can anybody Please give me some information so I can confront him. Thank You
