Default Sensor ID'ing

I am trying to identify the sensors that are on my 84 C4 with the stock 350.
Passenger side head: one wire that connector plugs into
Driver side head: One wire with a spade terminal
Intake Manifold by thermostat housing: two wire
Engine block by starter: one wire that plugs in
Engine block by oil filter: one wire with spade terminal

If anyone can help id these that would be great. Thanks
Adam

Can anyone comment on which of these need to be changed regularly? I know the coolant temp sensor in the front of the intake can be a cause of poor idle.
