Hi All,
Just today, I had the A/C fuse blow out on the car. The fan blows fine even with the blown fuse. I replaced it with the correct fuse and within five minutes, it blew again!
If anyone has some insight, it would be very much appreciated.
Disconnect the diode across the compressor clutch and see if your fuse lasts . If not, it is the electric clutch drawing excessive current and needs to be replaced.
could be running an excessively high head pressure. could be caused by 2 things. 1) the condensor is dirty/plugged or 2)the whole system is over charged. who recharged your AC last?
