C3'er Needs Help With C4 Seats ASAP!
I DONT NORMALLY VISIT THE C4 FORM BUT I NEED SOME OF YOU GUY'S EXPERTISE.
I JUST SCORED A PAIR OF BLACK NON-SPORT SEATS FROM AN 86 VERT FOR MY SHARK :D
I HAVE TWO QUESTIONS FIRST, THERE IS A SMALL SPRING LOADED SHOCK ABSORBER LOOKING THING
THAT IS CABLE CONTROLLED IT'S ATTCHED TO LITTLE LEAVER AT THE FRONT OF THE SEAT WHAT IS THIS FOR? :confused:
SECOND QUESTION IS THERE ANY CHEMICAL OR POLISH THAT MIGHT BE BLACK TINTED THAT I CAN DRESS
UP THESE SEATS FOR A DARKER RICHER LOOK??

I just got brand new black seats and after I got them in they didn't look dark enough. Got the Zaino Leather Conditioner, and it made the seats 10 shades darker. So dark that it made the center console, dash pad, door panels, etc look bad. So I used the Zaino on all that and it did the same. My int has never looked better.
***I have used other Pep Boys Leather Cond, and it will make the seats darker, but it made the seats sticky :( and uncomfortable. Not saying that they all do that, but the Zaine did not.
