Steve, why is it you don't post your location in the profile? Is that your real name or are you hiding from someone? If so, what is the bounty on your head? 
Seriously, I wish people would state their location in the profile. Makes it easier to help. If you were nearby and I had a tool or in your case, a spare speaker, it would be easy to lend it to you for diagnostic purposes.
Lets try this. Can you send sound to ONLY that speaker? IOW switch the balance and fader around so there is only sound from that one speaker? IDK since I threw my system away a long while ago. You could be getting sound but it might be faint. You could have a broken wire and no amount of changing the amps works. Dad had that issue in his camper. A staple in the upholstery pierced the wire to one speaker. Nothing he did would make it work.
