Default Tunercat LT1 Injector Offsets

I changed out the injectors in my 95 and need to correct the injector data in the tune. Tunercat only shows one injector offset vs voltage table and it does not reference a pressure. All the data I find for the injectors is in the format that the lsx computers take listing a series of pressures. What pressure do I need to use for the ltx computer? It's been so long since I put the last set in, I can't remember which data I used and why.

36 lb bosch III's. I have the data for the injectors, but like I said above, I don't know what pressure Tunacat wants.

I don't know if this will help or not...

The computer does not get a sensor feed on pressure. If your newer 95 BIN has similarities to my 89 BIN, injector size is based on "nominal/factory" fuel pressure. If your injectors flow at a different rate -- than advertised rating (e.g., you altered fuel pressure), use an injector flow calculator to determine the new flow rate...at your measured fuel pressure. THAT becomes your injector size.

If newer (95) BINs ask for PSI, I apologize. I have not looked at a newer BIN.

For TunerPro and my 89 BIN, it assumes 40PSI...for the injector rating you provide (1st paragraph above). From my perspective, the pressure isn't needed for the ECM....only the flow rating at "full bore". That's because PW and offsets compensate for partial-flow conditions (basically all the time).

As you probably know...injectors should never exceed something like 85% PW. (I don't remember the exact percentage. Partially, I think it's a matter of opinion and/or related to injector type).

As for the "Injector offset vs voltage" table, read this

From what I remember, I believe FIC recommends using stock offsets if you don't know what to enter. That said, I bet they can provide those values for you.

Dave I thought I answered this in a PM but it appears I did not. You need to use the flow data from the pressure you are running. On a stock 1995 LT1 that will be 43 PSI or 3 bar data.
