I a new owner of a 89 C4.It has no climate control Heat or AC at all.No wind shield wipers at all.Any tips/ ideas where to start or what to do?Also some problems with power mirrors and seats.

Clearly electrical issues. Start with fuses,

Can you give us a bit more history on the car? Has it been sitting? Did you do something that caused the problems? ETC....

I think it has been sitting some,not real sure,don't really know a
lot about the car.

Well, start with the fuses.

When you say "no climate" does ANYTHING happen? Vents move, blower motors work, no heat or AC air flow? PLease be more specific.

On the wiper, I'm not real sure on 89s but you may have a relay to check after the fuses.

Also, get yourself a Field Service Manual if you don't have one. It is filled with a step-by-step diagnostics

Noting at all happens.Totally dead.Don't know where to start.Thought there may be typical problems that would cause this that someone might know exactly what to do.

Have you checked your fuses yet?

No I haven't check the fuses yet.It may be a little before I get to,but I'll let you know what happens.

Got the windshield wipers working ,it was a fuse.Still no climate/heat/AC/blower at all.Any fuses else where?What else should I check?Also headlights motor does stop and clicks unless **** is pushed back in some.
