I just bought a C4 and this black plastic part that's at the bottom and behind the license plate. It has a funny plug that looks damaged.
What is it? can't find it on a schematic.

That is the top of the hanger for the spare tire holder. Turn it 90 degrees and hang it in teh top of the bracket if you have the space saver spare. There is a lower hanger point for the full size spare.
