Yes they can be reused, just get pipe thread sealant from a hardware store and lightly coat all the threads and let it dry for 30 minutes or so before you reinstall.
Or buy new sensors that already have the pipe dope on it and install accordingly. Either way is fine.
Be careful tightening them if you decide to re-use. I messed up a relatively new one by over tightening, and it wasn't by a lot. I mean I didn't kill the thing when re-installing it.
It apparently just deformed a little bit, and that killed it.

Yea good advise. If I remember correctly it was like 12 ft-lbs or something like that. I'll take a look at the FSM.

I re-used my KS after a full system flush and they work great, car runs very strong. I used a wire brush to clean off the thin layer of crud on the tip of the sensors before reinstalling them.
About the torque value, my research indicated 14 ft-lb and that is what I used, along with a tiny bit of anti-seize on the threads. No problems.
I have a reused two of them. I just used pipe thread sealant in a tube. Off my shelf. I really don't think it's as big a deal as people make it out to be. These are on a 1985 and 87.
Don't they need to be grounded to the block to send a signal to ecm, isn't that why the factory sealant is minimal, to much pipe dope no ground, just what I read somewhere on forum.

I bought a new one and saw that the original one looked fine so i reused it with some Aviation Permatex.
