Yes those are the correct part numbers for the 1986 base.
AJUSA.com has them for $297.72 plus tax with free 2-day shipping. For the 1986 base Corvette:

Got some for my 1995 last week and installed them last weekend.

Part #: 24-192927
Availability: This item may not be in stock at this time, and would need to be ordered from the manufacturer. If ordered today, this item is estimated to ship between 05/15/2017 - 05/22/2017.
I only paid $329. taxes & shipped anyway... Thats pretty much the same price when you factor in taxes...

Fronts are In...
Shocks came from Tire Rack today... got home for lunch and was happily surprised!
So I compressed the shocks to take them off and they didnt even try to rebound....
The driver side got stupid with me, so I had to rough it up with a drill, cold chisel and a 3lb sledge....
Had no time to do the rears... Ill get them after work tomorrow and take her for a test drive.

Rears Done!
So the rears didn't try to rebound either.... I believe these have been on the car from the day it was made to today. Unfortunately, after driving 8 hours for work today, I didn't have the wherewithal to get back into any vehicle and drive some more... Ill test drive it tomorrow...

Final update on this thread
Well, as we can all see, the shocks that were on the car were total junk. That said, when I got the car and drove it around for a bit, I still thought it rode pretty well.....
Good grief was I wrong.
First thing the shocks cured was about 75% of my interior rattles...
The car is now like I remember my 89 was when I had done the suspension and shock swap on it.
Cornering into turns at higher speed no longer requires braking as it did before.
The smaller cracks and bumps in the road were extremely noisy in comparison to now.
Braking overall is improved, especially from a hard stop from 60 down to 40, 30 mph etc
I hardly scrape the ground with the air dam leaving and entering my steep driveway.
Overall feel of the car is improved 10 fold. The car feels like a sports car of its vintage should.
For $329.00, this is money very well spent and definitely pays dividends in improvement overall and safety as well.
