Occasionally I will get a the low freon flash on my '94 C4. It will go away after less than a minute. Interestingly, the A/C works GREAT !! Blows super cold!!

I haven't checked the pressure in the system but before I do...is there any reason this light would flash other than low freon pressure?

Did you actually check the code for the flashing light. The LED can flash for several other reasons also.

My light flashes sometimes also but goes away and there is not a problem. It may flash in the winter more due to lower pressures in the system but this time of year is usually not the case.

Just check your pressures and cycling of compressor to see if it is excess.
