Re: It runs....... (Mr. Magoo)
Way to go. I think the moderators should give you some points for doing all that work so quickly. I know you'll have the bugs out in no time. Congrats.
1. Fixed the alternator situation. It was actually Fusible Link C that blew out because of a loose wire shorting out over at the starter. Charging great now.
2. Overdrive is working, apparently it just wouldn't engage when the charging system went out before. Not sure why, but I'm not complaining now. :D
3. Going to deal with the rockers and exhaust tomorrow morning. :D :D
Went to the dyno yesterday, but could not tune it. :( The dyno shop couldn't get a "real" wideband O2 reading for some reason on my car. They think there might be an exhaust leak somewhere introducing more air into the exhaust.
I'm not sure if that wideband was operating correctly. I find it hard to believe that ALL of our cars were lean.
The mustang that came in after us screwed their sensor straight into their headers and it looked like it was working for them using that method. I dunno. :(

I should have had Dean run the o on my car just to see what it said... :)
They tried clamping the probe onto the Mustangs muffler. At around 8000 rpm it blew the probe half way across the room and the vice grips out of the building. It was working properly.
It was working right on my car, Grubby's, and John's. A new probe and sensor didn't make a difference with Brian's.
Looking at your graphs George, I'd put my money on it working properly. Brian's acted like there was an exhuast leak ahead of the sensor, but the motor was down on power compared to the previous time. Ken's didn't respond to the FP regulator and from the sound of the test he did after I'd think either the pump or regulator isn't working right.
