I own a 1989 6 spd Z51 (with new Bilstien Shocks awesome!!)
Is the clutch safety switch adjustable. Sometimes mine works and other times it does not. I put a start button for the times it does not work. Just wondering.
Not sure. Had problems with mine after having the clutch master cylinder replaced and unable to find a replacement switch. I just jumpered the switch connection to bypass the switch at this time. Works fine except have to understand that it's possible to start the car with it in gear.

Thank you
Just bypass the switch at the plug under the dash. Easy job. My 91 wouldn't start when I was away from home one night so I bypassed mine. A Corvette six speed driver doesn't need this "safety" device, it's just something else that can fail.
