Hard Starting
I have a 89 coupe that in the mornings or when ever it is cold it starts hard, almost like it is losing fuel presure and most be cranked long enough to bring fuel back to the engine. After it runs and is at operating temperater it starts fine, I checked the computor and it is not giving any codes. Anybody have any ideas?

Probably the only way to be sure its a fuel issue would be to put a gauge on it then watch it while you try to start it. When you turn the ignition on, the 2 seconds it runs the fuel pump should bring you up to pressure. Then crank it to see it it starts good. I've always been really pleased with the way my 87 starts but typically I turn on the ignition, wait a second then crank it. The first piston up fires. My 89 takes some cranking and I'm trying to work that out. Its a 383 with a hot cam.... ... I've heard from others that their similar setups don't start instantly either. I often wondered if worn injectors would cause this as fuel is much easier to atomize in a hot motor than a cold one, but when I menitoned it to my chevy garage man he laughed at me.
