'89 Brake line fitting threads: metric or standard?
I need to remove the ABS assy from my '89 Kart project....I want to union the lines together and am looking at fittings on Summit. Anyone know the thread spec? I was assuming it is 10mm x 1.0 threads, but not sure.

I am 90 % sure that you are right, M10 x 1.0 sounds right to me. Love the kart project, keep the updates coming.
I believe you'll find that everywhere there's an "inverted nut" used that it will likely have an ISO Flare or more frequently now referred to as a "bubble" flare. A ISO/bubble uses a very different inverted nut and requires different flaring procedure. I have some OE brake hoses here and they appear to want an ISO/bubble.
The GM ISO is different than the VW/Audi style that I see often on Summit.
This is what I believe you'll find on the hard-lines that you remove. Posted the link just for the image.
Yep. That is what it looks like. I actually got OCD tonight and removed one to check; sure enough, it's a 10X1.0 and it looks like the one in the Amazon link.
Now...where do I find a three way "bubble" flare union? Summit doesn't have 'em.
