What you mean by "better suspension?" And for what use of the car? I mean, if you want to drive on the street in comfort, then the answer is no, except there are shocks that ride better than the OE Bilsteins (Koni yellows come to mind). But for going fast, you can do a lot better by drastically increasing spring rates and getting dampers suited to that. You can dial in a bunch of negative camber (I autocross at about -3.0 degrees front and -2.0 degrees rear). You can relocate the rear trailing arm brackets on the frame to reduce anti-squat, and possibly relocate the front upper A-arm front mounting hole to reduce anti-dive, which will improve traction and handling balance under acceleration and braking. There are Banski rod-end rear suspension links, frame braces, and other changes you can do as well.
