Actually, you'll need the batwing too. The bolt pattern is different on the pumpkins. The D44 is a little longer as well (about 3/4") which means you'll have to address the driveshaft and C beam length in some manner.
As far as the C beam is concerned, you can reuse yours if you want to re-drill the mounting holes to compensate or just get one from a D44. The driveshaft can be resolved in several ways, the easiest is to get one from a D44 and use your A4 yoke. Other methods involve shortening your driveshaft or grinding out the splines in the front of your yoke so it will slip forward into the tranny a little further.
I didn't want to hassle it so I simply paid a little more and got the right parts. For me, the tradeoff in a few extra bucks was worth not having potential headaches.
