Default IP problem Top Half dim, bottom half Good
Has anyone had this problem where the Instrument Panel (IP) is working properly, but half of the IP (MPH, fuel gauge) is not as clear/dark as the bottom half (odometer)? If so, how did you fix the problem?

Replace or upgrade the backlight bulbs. I put LEDs in mine, which is a great improvement.

Default Back light Bulbs
Hi Cliff,

If it is possible, please give me the information/instructions on how to replace the back light bulbs and where to get the bulbs.

Hi Cliff,

I found out how to remove the IP, but do you know the # of the bulb you replaced in the IP and where did you buy it from and how much was it.

Are your LEDs dimmable, or only on at full intensity? What color did you use?
