Alright so I just went out to test the fuel pressure, Pump prime initially hit like 26psi, then released pressure and primed again and it hit about 35psi. Car wouldn't fire so I couldn't test running psi but leak down seemed a little too quick so will probably need to pick up a new FPR
Current FPR
Went and checked out what I had going on for a MAF and found that it is a supplied unit from procharger
I also believe I found my IAT (-40) problem.. now I could be looking in the wrong place maybe its relocated for procharger but I found the connector plugged into what looks to me to be a dummy sensor?
The -40 temp reading is a dead giveaway that the sensor is either bad or not connected.
The fuel pressure is low for a stock LT1/LT4 - and between those two you might have located the problem. I would check with the Procharger tech people to see what they Fuel Pressure Regulator they provide is supposed to hold pressure to at atmospheric pressure.
You're making real progress here !!!! It's gonna take some time - but keep at it and you'll get there !!!
I will have to dig up the manual and read it, procharger comes with a fuel control valve thing that maybe it just setup incorrectly! what psi should I be looking for? I leave tonight for school so I'll be away from the car for the next 3 weeks, but I will try all things that come up while im home on the weekend

Awesome thanks! now I have a goal pressure haha I have the printed out manual with me at school, Just havent gotten around to reading it yet, gonna order a new IAT sensor, oil level sensor and fuel filter right now
Read through the manual and I found this about the IAT,
Boy am I excited to get the new sensor I order and have to take it all apart .. don't see why procharger couldn't just design it to work with the full sensor?
I was also reading that I can control the fuel pressure with the fuel management I have so maybe it is just turned down too low, I will have to rent the pressure tester again once I get the IAt done and see if I can fine tune the fuel myself safely
That air filter looks very clogged. I'd clean it or replace it if I were you.
very good point, I believe a good cleaning would do the trick as I have owned this car for 5years and it has only seen probably 6-7 drives up my 200feet street

One step at a time - remove the 'siganl massager' and connect MAF direct. then talk to me ..........OK ???? greg

Sounds good, I haven't looked, but I'm guessing the "signal messenger" just plugs into the stock maf connector and I'll just need to take it off and extend down to the maf sensor?
Got my new IAT sensor, low oil sensor and new fuel filter!
Didn't check before I ordered it I'm still using stock filters.. but it was pretty cheap if I need to go a different route
need to look into pulling the sensor out of the housing for the IAT as procharger stated I guess and take a look at getting the MAF signal messenger pulled off this weekend hopefully! and I'll stick the new low oil sensor in when I do the next change, was leaking so I did a quick fix last time I needed it to stoooop
MAF signal messenger out, was as easy as unplugging the piggyback and plugging the connector into the MAF (I hope..)
Pushed the IAT element out of the housing and tossed it in the car, waiting for roommate to get home to scan for IAT's, hopefully didnt mess up the element!
And I Have this wiring mess coming out right behind my power steering tank, I traced it back to I believe my MSD and the black connector plugging into what looks like a long loom running down to the MAF, with that orange connection free with nothing around it so don't know what that could be for?
So havent been home since last post as I'm away for some training, done tomorrow! woo but last weekend before replacing everything that I did my roommate and our buddy were over getting to take their cars to storage so I decided I'd try to fire it up, took a couple seconds and with my roommate giving it a bit of throttle it fired up and ran what seems like normally... but after the swap I tried again and just cranked over ( didnt give it any throttle) seems to me im having a fuel issue now. Looking into buying a fuel pressure tester this weekend so I dont have to keep renting them lol
