No start, no security light

Thanx. I got the oil light off and the low fluid just went away on it’s own. Now the car is cutting out every now and then. If at idle. It shuts off. While driving it is a quick miss and then the check engine light comes on. I pulled the codes and get an H48 in module 4. I know it says it is the mag sensor, but I want to make sure it it’s something else first. I do have oiled filters. I have read they can cause problems with the maf. I bought maf cleaner and sprayed the maf out very well l, to no avail. Thanx for any assistance.
