Default Code C34 in group 4

I was clearing the codes and found that I can not clear a C34 in group 4 on the digital dash of my 1994. I looked through the books and found that C34 is the "Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor" (MAP). Only problem is that the sensor is only two months old. I did install a new performance throttle body, Would the new larger bore throttle body cause the MP air sensor to trip a code, How can I rectify the code ??
Any ideas or input is greatly appreciated.

I would check connector and its fully seated. If you access to scanner you can see if there's a reading and it responds.

If after checking the connector you feel connection is good then assuming the MAP was a local purchase it should be a warranty exchange. Did you do the throttle body first or MAP replacement first?

Brand and part# of your MAP? Local buy or other than?

Without a scanner you can only check ground.

I bought the MAP sensor online awhile ago as it was one of many parts that were on the "to do" list. The MAP and the throttle body were changed together.
I do have a scanner, but my 1994 has an OBD2 connector, and the car is an OBD1, thus neither will work. The 1994 was at the change over from OBD1 to ODB2. I have heard of dual OBD scanners but the one I have will not do it. Is there any other way to test the MAP sensor before I stat throwing money at parts replacement
Thanks

There should be a seal for map at intake. The 16 pin or obd2 connector came in cars were ecm was reflashed instead of having replaceable chip. There are dual obd1 obd2 scanners, you may only need aldl adapter. You should check scanner information.
