Default Tuners Please

I have a 91 L98, cam, heads, headers, intake etc. I've done all the tuning using moates equipment. Everything is great other than around 1100 to 1200 rpm's, off the throttle, the engine at that point wants to surge up and down in rpms. Not a great amount, maybe a couple of 100 rpms. I've checked all the tables to see if I could find a setting where things could possibly be competing with each other and I can't find anything. Have any of you guys experienced this and figured it out?

Heated O2 sensor i assume?

In my limited experience, pulsating RPM is relates to a lean condition.
Other times you just need to smooth out the fueling map.
i would start with raising the low spots in that range...

Also getting a wideband O2 was the best thing i have done for my tune, however i am on the third sensor...
Those things hate heat..

Thanks Gibble for the response. I've smoothed the fuel map etc. I do have a heated O2. Can you get a wideband to work with a OBD1? I've never heard of that. Currently I have the narrow band, only heated.

You can get a wide band to work, they have a processor that converts the signal.
for my ebl i added it to the aux input, then told ebl what it was so it can process the data.

I don't know much about your setup, or if it's possible to add for use while data logging...
i assume it is...

Best resource i have come across is at the third gen forum, sub section "diy prom".
it's a camaro forum, but there are a ton of tuners on there.
including Rbob, the maker of the ebl i use, he is also very knowledgeable about other units.

I have a wide band that I install for tuning and can connect it to be recongnized by Tuner Pro. Are you saying you can install a wide band O2 in lieu of the narrow band and have it feed the stock ECM as a permanent installation?
