Digital AC control problem
Is there a solution to this problem. The digital reading on the AC controller likes to blink on and off at times. I can tap on the front panel and it will quit blinking on and off. Has anyone had this problem and is there a simple solution in fixing the blink, blink.

Yes, and all you need once you get the controller out is a pencil eraser. I just did this on my '89. Remove the climate control. Remove two clips and pull the circuit board out. Now rub the contacts where the board plugs into the face panel with the eraser until they are shiny. I reccomend changing the 3 bulbs while you are here. They are GE 37's. Enjoy!
