How replace front targa screws?

Default How replace front targa screws?

The ones that you loosen to remove the roof. I've been trying to get the fronts out, but no luck. Roof is off. I just want to replace the screws.

OK if you are talking about the 2 bolts that remain inside the car after roof is removed is not a tough thing to do but you will need a few things before you start the job.

you will need the retainers for the Sun Visors, you need to remove the visors, and to do that most times the clips get ruined Though I have had success in restoring them to usable again.

with roof off remove the plastic trim that surrounds the bolt, remove the Visor retainers to allow the Visors to drop down. Loosen/remove rear view mirror. remove the trim that runs pillar to pillar. once the that's out of the way the caps that retain the bolts can be removed and all you need to do is swap the bolts and reassemble about 1 hour round trip.
