So I got my scanner working. It didn't want to work on LG G5, for some reason. But would work on various other android devices.
Got some logs this morning. It was weird tho. It did read "TCC Locked" at 47mph and above. But it read that ever since. Even at a stop, it would say locked. Trust me, that is not correct.

Opening my FSM would have been the last diagnostic procedure for me, had I not been able to do any logs. Will try one more time with a log. If not, then I'll go by the FSM. Thanks tho

I knew my problem was the switch was right on the edge of making contact. Could be caused by wear on the switch contacts or booster changes and the adjustment is a nats a** off. Regardless I dropped the knee kick plate for a better look. I was going to put a piece of tape on the switch contact point but instead I thought I would try to adjust the switch assemble 1 click. I was afraid of something was going to break but it worked OK. So now it's a more solid contact. Along with the fix the brake light probably go off a bit later due to more pedal movement is necessary but it seems still to be in an acceptable range.

For step one on the flow chart, do I just point inside of Terminal F with the test light probe? And for ground, can I use the Negative battery post?
Step 1 NO: says to disconnect TCC electrical connector. Meaning I have to drop the pan, right?
Then it says, connect test light between terminal A&D. Terminal A&D on what, the ALDL, or on the solenoid? How do you connect "between" A&D?
