Bad cats? Yes they are!!!
As it turns out the cats are bad i just had them tested, and it was free! It's amazing what small exhaust place will do to help people in need. It's good to see there are still some good people in this world. I also decided that while it is in getting the cats done to have them cut the muffler off and weld in straight pipes. It is after all a stock exhaust and why do you really need three different mufflers, even if they are highflow.

Smog test....yes SMOG...SMOG...SMOG.....You can't get away from these checks....
