87 Driver's headlight motor
87 Vette - recently pulled headlight motor on driver's side. Had Corvette Central rebuild it, had 1 new pigtail put in as well. Re-installed the headlight and it worked fine. Car sat for a month, used headlights and driver's side goes up ok but does not go down when turned-off. Sometimes it'll go down if motor is tapped. Other times, if the car sits for 20-30 minutes (everything off), it'll go down on it's own. Electrical or think it was a faulty rebuild? Still under warranty. A bit stumped here. Thanks for any thoughts....

(Do not use a wire brush) It is energized just use cleaner and sandpaper.
