Default 1995 LCD Problem

I have 1995 C4 Conv 6spd. I started up and LCD went bonkers, then settled on this display. How difficult to fix LCD? How difficult to remove gauge cluster? Sorry upside down, it was rightside up before attachment. Thanks for any help.

my LCD started acting funny..... coming and going, so I pulled it out and just started doing continuity test from the connector pins to designated points. I found a weak solder at the multi pin connector and re-soldered,,,,, ...... no more problem

Went to Batee.com and found the video, as well as how to remove gauge cluster. Seems simple. Maybe 2-3 hrs total to repair and put cluster back?
